Deliveries
PDF E-books will be delivered to your email immediately upon a "completed" payment status. In other words, if you use an e-check to pay, your payment must be cleared before you will actually receive the product. Usually, this is within 3-4 business days.
Everyone else can expect their E-book to arrive within one hour of payment. Be sure to double check your spam folder. If you have not received your E-book within one hour it may be that either your mail server, or my mail server, is down. An alternative method of download is provided to customers, up to 7 days after your purchase. Click here to download your E-book using your PayPal email address. If you have not received your E-book after 3 days contact us and Thrive Meditation will make every effort to provide you with your copy.
Paperback purchases are delivered from North Carolina, and may take up to 14 days; although 7 days is usually normal. Deliveries are managed by Amazon, Lulu, and the USPS. Thrive Meditation cannot be held accountable for physical mail delivery.
No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. That includes, but is not limited to, intuitive readings, aura healings, spiritual counseling, transmedium healings, avatar healings, audio products, (e-)books, student readings, group reading sales, classes, workshops, and healing packages.
Refunds for books are not available, and will not be provided, whether you purchased a copy of a book as a PDF (E-book) or as a paperback.
Refunds will not be issued as a result of technical difficulties; in such circumstances, the re-scheduling of the remaining portion of the session may be coordinated with customers, as determined by the readers, or a recording will be provided for you, with the remaining services rendered, in leiu of the missed time.
Cancellations
A request for a cancellation must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled reading or healing; your session will be re-scheduled. If you miss your session, or give notification of cancellation too late, Thrive Meditation will not refund your money. Classes and workshops will not be re-scheduled; if you miss your class, or workshop, a recording may or may not be provided depending upon technical issues.
Payment Policies
"E-check" payments for readings, or any other services, must be cleared and the payment status must be completed, i.e., verified, by the acquirer, before your session can be scheduled.
All sessions may only be scheduled post-payment. A wait time of anywhere between 3 days to 14 days for sessions is considered normal. Immediate sessions are not provided; customers can expect to wait a minimum of 24 hours, after purchase, before being able to schedule their session.
All students taking the Clairvoyant Training Program will sign an agreement stipulating the full terms and expectations of the course.
Denial of Services and Products
Thrive Meditation reserves the right to deny services, and products, to customers.
If it is decided that a customer will be denied service(s), or product(s), after payment, that customer will be refunded, in complete, the full amount of their original purchase. Customers may be denied service prior to, or at any time during, their session; such customers will be notified, either by phone, Skype, or email, that their session has been terminated, or canceled, and to expect a full refund within 14 days.
Technical problems do not constitute a willful termination or denial of service.
Data Collection
By using this website you accept that it may collect personally identifiable information about you, including, but not limited to: your IP address, and, if you choose to provide it: your email address, name, and phone number. This information is not sold to third parties, but may be used for marketing purposes at Thrive Meditation, or at one of our own affiliated websites.
Audio Recordings
Thrive Meditation makes no guarantees regarding the availability of audio recordings for purchased services. Technical issues may prevent the recording of classes, workshops, intuitive readings, aura healings, spiritual counseling sessions, transmedium healings, or other sessions. Third party services offered through Thrive Meditation, as in the case of healing packages, for example, may not include audio recordings.
All customer sessions may be recorded in mp3 format; customers may be provided with a copy of their session's recording (excluding technical difficulties). These recordings may be edited. Thrive Meditation respects your privacy. Thrive Meditation reserves the right to use content from all audio recordings in books, or future products, with either altered names or your written permission. If you ask for your session's recording to be deleted your request must be made within 7 days of your purchase. Additionally, you may request that your individual session not be recorded, as well. Thrive Meditation reserves the right to store audio recordings, of client sessions, classes, and workshops, indefinitely.
Audio recordings may be made available to any other reader, classmate, colleague, friend, trainee, or teacher who was a participant, or observer, of the class, group, or individual session, regardless of their role in that session.
